Round cutters are generally used for inside curves and diamond shape cutters are generally used for detail work. Insert cutters are made using long wearing solid C3 carbide and polished for smoother cutting and longer life. Pen turning and bowl turning are common projects in woodturning.

• (1) WTI-D2528S Diamond Shape Carbide Insert - 28 x 10 x 2.5 mm, sharp point tip, 20 degree bevel, and counter sink hole. We recommend our (M4) MS-KS48 screw; sold separately.
• (1) WTI-R3018 Round Carbide Insert - 18 mm diameter x 3 mm thick, 30 degree bevel, and counter sink hole. We recommend our (M5) MS-KS58 screw; sold separately.
